We warrenty all our work against workmanship and defects for a period of 1 year from the date of mailing. If you need any warrenty work done you should contact us at specfrcvn@hotmail .com,  All defective products should be returned within the warrenty period. If we find the the product was damaged do to abuse or neglect the product will be repaired at the costomers expence. If we find the the product was damaged from shipment or workmawnship or defective materials we will either replace it or repair it at our discression. If you have a claim you must first contact the leathercrafter to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). Returning any products without first contacting us will be rejected and returned at the customers expence. All returned products must be sent with either delivery confirmation or insurance so the item can be traced in case of loss. If the product is found to be defective we will either repair or replace the item at our discression. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items returned to us that were not packed properly or have a tracking number. All returned products must be sent with a copy of the origional reciept that was sent with the product. You can also obtain a (RAN) number by calling or writing us. We will then e-mail you an RMA number and the customer will return the product at their expence with delivery confirmation. If we find that the product was defective from either materials or workmanship our mailing expence will be refunded back to you and the product will be either replaced or repaired and mailed back to you at our expence.
